How can I say 'You piss me off. You make my rage boil with even the slightest thought. I can't be anywhere near you, I can't hear you, I can't have any contact with you without feeling like an artery is going to rupture. Without feeling like I need to break everything in sight. Without the need to vomit up every last bit of bile and hatred I have inside. For my own health, get the fuck away from me'... in a nice way?

I need an honest-to-compassionate dictionary.

Then again, is there a nice way to tell someone you can't be around them?

Especially when it's directed towards a parent?
