Taste the Rainbow April 18, 2003 - 4:25 p.m. Chris went to the doctor's today. They drew his blood. They gave him an x-ray. He does not have diabetes. He does not have some weird kidney infection like he was expecting. He's simply enduring muscle spasms. Nothing very severe. Nor is it pleasant. But he's needed the time off from work, to simply relax, and he's desperately needed to go to the doctors. General check up and relieve some concerns. He was immensely surprised when he was told he didn't have diabetes. He thought that was a definite. We went to get his prescriptions (muscle relaxor and an anti-inflammatory) and picked up some candy and drinks while at the store. Tropical Sprite ReMix He held that up to me, and I was trying to figure out why he was showing me a bottle of water. Once noticing the label, my interest was peaked. We both got a bottle. It tastes like someone sent a package of Skittles through a milking machine then added the liquid from that to a bottle of water. And carbonation. It's.. um... interesting. Then we went to Fazoli's and I got an Original Submarino. That's one of the best subs I've eaten. It was sooo very tasty. Now we're home. Chris is asleep. I'm restless and bored, yet lazy and unwilling to do, well, anything. I have Murder By Numbers to watch still, but Chris was going to watch with me. That whole odd, out of place feeling hasn't gone away yet. My life has so little interest to it, that I talk about Chris' doctor results, a new drink, and lunch. I need a life.
