Enthusiasm sucks June 04, 2002 - 9:19 a.m.

I want to be excited and have someone there to genuinely share the excitement with me, if only because they are happy to see me in a great mood.

I want to be completely enthusiastic about something. Ramble on about it (especially an accomplishment) and have that person more than happy to sit and listen and seem overjoyed for me as well.

Mainly... I want someone there to encourage me to continue when I complete one accomplishment. It doesn't seem to help enough when I'm the only one proud about something. I need that extra push from someone. Otherwise, what's stopping me from giving up again?
