"A Very Scooby Sequel" coming soon to a theater near you June 16, 2002 - 11:42 p.m.

He took me to the first showing of Scooby Doo today. 10:45am. He had to wake up around 9am in order to get ready, pick me up, and make it to the theater on time. He usually doesn't get to sleep until 8am.

One hour of sleep.... just to take me to see what we both thought was a cheesy movie.

I feel like I said 'thank you' a thousand times.

And the movie was fucking awesome.

My brain still can't manage to wrap itself around the idea of the villain and what they did with it. It totally rocked.

And the burp/fart contest, though typically annoying and immature, had me rolling. Gut-busting, if you will. There was so much more too it, but it's all running around in a blur. I can't focus on just one thing. It was still pretty cheese, but great. Not as A Very Brady Sequelish as I had originally expected.

I'm dying to see it again. And the pending DVD release is ever present in my mind. Not a shock.

Will there be a sequel? I hope so.
