I'm such a Scooby Whore.

We actually went out last night, as opposed to our usually evenings of t.v. and puter-time. Nothing exciting, just some shopping and dinner. My downfall happened while shopping. We just 'had' to go into the game store....

I'm trying my damndest to save as much money as possible, so I wasn't going to get it. Until I got the agreement.

I gave in. I'm weak.

But it was worth it. This game rocks! So much better than the Cyber Chase game. I think what I like most about it, is the complete tie-in to the cartoons. Not just, 'Let's create some goofy mystery for the gang to solve, then make it into a game.' All classic monsters from the toons, orignal sound effects and movements used throughout, Tim Conway and Don Knotts both do voice overs. (As well as the current Scooby cast from the toon movies, and Tim Curry as Mastermind! :) ) And then there's the opening scene. Before the game even starts..... The computer animated characters from the game recreate the original opening and theme to the cartoons!!! It's soo great!! Did I mention that Scooby can use bunny slippers and a lamp shade over his head to sneak past enemies? hehehe I'm liking it.

So that's what we did today. Played Scooby. He was sick and didn't go to work, so I stayed here with him, instead of going to my house for the weekend like usual. Did some stuff on my mom's resume, which is almost pointless right now, because we don't have any ink for the printer. And I'm thinking about doing a new layout for this page. Either that, or I'll just put it on my other 'family friendly' diary. Some of the same entries as this, just eliminating anything TOO personal and trying to tone down all the fucking bad language I use. :) hehe

Off to GameFAQs now... Yeah, I'm a cheater. :-P
