Not the Landfill!! September 05, 2003 - 10:48 a.m.

Helped Becky do some cleaning around her house yesterday. We were supposed to go to her work and see an early viewing of Carnivale, but she's a bitch [hehe] and we weren't able to get there in time. But it starts September 14th, so I won't have to wait too much longer to see it.

Sideshow freaks with an element of magic stuff, including Nick Stahl and Clea Duvall? I'm there!

While helping her clean, I saved two small Pound Puppies and two small Pound Purries from the trash. Also a Snoopy plush. I know at least one person out there, aside from myself, that would be heartbroken to hear of an old Snoopy plush sitting in a landfill.

Also, she gave me a small 28 Days Later... poster. Yay grooviness!

By the way, I finally saw Eight Legged Freaks a week or two ago. I thought it was great. It had this weird Gremlins feel to it. Particularly the cat vs. spider scene. Campy can be very good.
