I have thoughts. Ideas. Memories.
I'm even able to stop and look at most of them, recognizing them for actual brain activity.

But I'm lacking in desire. Want. Motivation.
Not only to act upon them, but to even try expressing them.

Are there simply too many and I'm having trouble finding that starting point?

Or is this truly what it feels like to have given up?
