Watching Movies with Hallie February 21, 2004 - 8:12 p.m.

I hadn't changed a diaper in at least two years. I forgot just how stinky and messy some of them could be. Eww.

This week, Hallie was very sweet and barely fussed. There were mornings where I would watch her while her parents were sleeping, and she'd just watch tv with me. Okay, well, she would actually be sleeping, eating, or just looking around... but I like to think she was enjoying Final Destination 2 or The L Word.

It was fun to watch her make faces in her sleep, going between smiles and a quivering chin. She's at the point where she'll smile a few times while she's awake, but nothing regular. One morning, there was a span of maybe five minutes where she was wide awake and watching everything I'd do, and I got her to smile and make laughing faces over and over.

Let's see... cute baby. Check. Still upset that the WB Jossed Angel. Of course. Still being useless. Yep.

Yeah, I think there's nothing left to cover.

Jossed = sudden happy moments are just as suddenly turned into something painful. I.E. Angel finally fell into it's own stride and was doing great, at its peak performance, and the WB cans it. Just like when Joss will get a relationship on the show started, and they're all happy, then he kills one of them off.
