Friday Five - Phones March 18, 2003 - 3:06 p.m.
Here's last week's Friday Five... cause I have nothing else better to do.
1.) Do you like talking on the phone? Why or why not?
Not really. I'm not sure why. But I even hate hearing the sound of it ringing.2.) Who is the last person you talked to on the phone?
Chris. He called from work yesterday to tell me he was sick and leaving early.. and that he was going to stop and pick me up on his way home.3.) About how many telephones do you have at home?
Two. Three, if you count the one that needs a battery.4.) Have you encountered anyone who has really bad phone manners? What happened?
Umm.. phone manners? I guess I probably have bad phone manners. I burp, fart, go to the bathroom, eat, etc. even when I'm on the phone. I've fallen asleep on the phone with people before. But as far as other people.. I guess when someone calls me and they spend half the call talking to someone else, in person, while I'm just sitting on the phone. I know a lot of people that do this.5.) Would you rather pick up the phone and call someone or write them an e-mail or a letter? Why or why not?
Email. Cause phones are gay. I guess it's too close to human interaction for me.
