Another weekend with the opportunity to work.

Another weekend stuck in my mom's disgustingly cold house.

I wouldn't mind going to her house for the weekend because it gives me a good chance to read. We've recently acquired every movie channel available on cable, and it's proven to be nothing but a distraction. Though I have seen several movies that I had missed out on. But this opportunity to catch up on reading is a little prohibited because of the cold. It actually causes my fingers to hurt and makes it hard to turn the pages.

No, scratch that. It makes it impossible to turn the pages.

You try reading a book while wearing gloves. It's not too fun.

Combine that with chattering teeth and visual breath, and you're kind of distracted from the story.

I've got this vision - or maybe just a feeling - of what my life could be like one day. And this so isn't it.
