Update on the previous entry:

When Chris got home, he notified me that he had overdrawn $150+ in his bank account as well as paying the huge phone bill before the phone got cut off [which was going to be today] and a couple other small bills, and now has about $50 to last until next week. And we are in dire need of groceries.

So I guess we'll try again on the Con thing next year.

That also eliminates the idea of seeing a double feature anytime in the immediate future.
