Daydreaming..... 2001-09-11 - 10:53 a.m.

I'm sure you've had one of those days where you feel quite content in lying in bed all day and just daydreaming. About what? Anything that makes you happy.

It's a massive waste of time, I agree... but it's just nice. Not having to worry about any problem that may await you as soon as you leave the security of your blankets and fluffy pillow. Being in a totally make believe world. Yeah, I usually stay in that world regardless of where I am... but it's easier to be there when you're so comfortable in bed. And sometimes, it's harder to find that world... so I like to take advantage of the days that my little fable of happiness comes to find me.

But I can't today. I have the desire... my mind keeps the daydreams close at hand... but I just can't seem to relax in it's comfort. I'm trying... I may not be in my comfy bed with my soft pillow and warm blankets.... but I am lounging in this big office chair, wrapped in a soft fleece blanket. All I'm missing is my cup of hot chocolate! LOL I think I'll try to lay down in a little while, let the daydreams flow. Waste some time. Try to avoid the real world that surrounds everything.....
